Since March 2022 we offer you as a CASSABOX customer a new feature, the cashless payment via RFID technology, the SimpledPaid a credit payment system. With this we not only want to offer you a simplification of the various payment options, but most importantly: We give you time and satisfied customers! As your customers pay via RFID technology, the payment process is completed in no time and your customers no longer have to wait in line. You can find out the most important information about the process and for which areas of application SimpledPaid is suitable here.
How it all works:
Your customer comes to your park/recreational facility and receives an RFID tag at the entrance. He may get this anyway for the access control INTELLIAX and from now on he can also load it with cash.
This is quite easy in our CASSABOX, as you can see in the screenshots. The RFID tag is simply scanned, the desired amount is loaded and collected. Your customer can now pay cashless with his carrier everywhere.
Moreover, when you issue the carrier, you have two options:
- You personalize it with the customer data. This has two big advantages: you have valuable customer data* that you can use later for marketing purposes and your customer is protected against loss. If they lose their RFID tag, you can simply block it and transfer the remaining credit to a new one.
- You load the carrier without customer data. This has the advantage that the whole process is even faster. If your customer then loses it, however, it is gone and so is the loaded money.
*please observe corresponding legal requirements
By the way: You can also provide issued RFID tags with a deposit – you determine the amount of the deposit once and deposit it in the system. This way you can guarantee that your carriers will find their way back to you. Your regular guests can of course take their carrier home and recharge it again and again.
A self-service terminal that is connected to an EC cash device is particularly suitable for this purpose. Then your customer doesn’t even have to wait in line 😊
What RFID carriers and readers you need:
You have a pretty free choice of RFID medium: either you use disposable or reusable cards with QR code, high-quality embossed chip cards, KeyFobs or silicone bands with integrated chip. But one thing is for sure: we will find exactly the right medium for you. The readers are also no big witchcraft, you can work with a standard hand scanner or an RFID reader, which are simply connected to your cash register via a USB cable.
For which applications SimpledPaid is suitable?
Our credit payment system SimpledPaid is suitable for all areas and areas in which guests stay for a long time. For example, event parks (zoos, wake parks, trampoline parks, etc.), indoor playgrounds, discos or campsites. Likewise, the credit payment system can be used, for example, excellent in educational institutions and large companies for canteens. Customers top up their carrier and can spend the credit as needed.
But there’s already something like that?!
Yes, exactly – most people know it from swimming pools, for example. In these cases, the customer can “pay” for his food and drinks via his RFID tag. In the process, a minus amount is posted to the RFID tag, which then has to be offset later at the cash register. And this is exactly where the disadvantage of this variant lies. Your customer is forced to go to the cash register again before going home and cannot simply leave. Regular customers can also not take the carrier home and it must be ensured that your customer can not simply leave the premises.
And that is exactly why we have chosen the other way at CASSABOX, so we can offer you, and you your customers, the highest flexibility.
